We invite you to exhibit at the area’s premiere osteopathic continuing medical education conference! LECOM Primary Care 2022 is set for March 3-6, 2022, at Peek’n Peak Conference Center in Clymer, NY. Physicians in attendance will have the chance to visit your table in the exhibit hall on March 4!

Primary Care 2022 will focus on health problems commonly seen in the offices of primary care physicians.  This four-day seminar aims to provide participating physicians with information about new medical advancements in order to increase the scope of treatment options available to the primary care physicians and to enhance the physicians’ existing knowledge of topics, thus improving patient care.

Conference Schedule

The conference will take place at the following times:
Thursday, March 3: 8:00am-5:30pm
Friday, March 4: 8:00am-6:30pm
Saturday, March 5: 8:00am-5:30pm, Winter Carnival: 7:00pm-9:00pm
Sunday, March 6: 8:00am-12:15pm

Registration Fees

All registration fees are paid separately from any speaker sponsorship grant.  Each table registration includes badges for two company representatives and lunch tickets for each.

Early-bird registration ends on February 5, 2022.
Early-bird fees:

  • Half of an 8 foot table is $450
  • Full 8 foot table is $900

Standard registration begins on February 1, 2020.
Standard fees:

  • Half of an 8 foot table is $500
  • Full 8 foot table is $1,000

Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Area

The exhibit area will be open Friday, March 4: 9:30am-5:30pm
The exhibit area will available at 7:30am for table setup and the first break is scheduled at 10:000am.

Registration

Deadline for registration is February 21, 2022. All exhibitors must register online to reserve table space. Acceptable payment methods are check or credit card. If paying by check, please mail your payment along with a copy of your confirmation email. If paying by credit card, all of our credit card payments are processed online through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card.

Location

Exhibits will be held in the main dining hall located on the first floor next to the Pub and Royal Court Dining Room at the Inn & Conference Center at Peek’n Peak. We will provide breaks and an extended lunch for the participants to allow time to visit your display.

Setup/Tear-down

The exhibitor registration desk will open at 7:30am on Friday and the exhibit area will officially open at 9:30am. Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at the exhibitor registration on the first floor to retrieve name badges, lunch tickets and information packets.  Exhibits are not permitted to be set up the night before. The exhibit hall will close at 5:30pm on Friday. LECOM and Peek’n Peak are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged displays.

Tables

Tables will be assigned in advance.  Please indicate on your registration if you would like to be near or away from another exhibitor.  Also, remember that two exhibits may share one table. You do have the option to purchase a full table. You are permitted to assign only two (2) representatives to your exhibit table for the day.

Raffle

CME credit is no longer available for scientific exhibits. LECOM makes every effort to attract participants to visit the exhibitors, including a raffle based on attendance at the exhibits.  Exhibitors are permitted to hold their own raffle at each table.

Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Entertainment

Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the continental breakfast and lunch on Friday. If you plan on staying the whole weekend, you are welcome to enjoy the Saturday evening winter carnival at 7pm with your family.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrations can be cancelled for a full refund by January 31, 2022. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to cme@lecom.edu. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2022 will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative processing fee. After February 13, 2022, cancellation requests will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Please keep in mind, if you register and do not show yet have an outstanding balance, you will still be required to pay unless you have cancelled your registration following the proper procedure.
